I had my grandmother's 100-year old pearls restrung, having kept them in a small box for 25 years. The finished product was beautiful - I had not really connected with them for years, and it was a great delight to put them on as 'mine'. Judith checked what the clasp was made of (white gold) and provided an estimate of the dollar value. When I discovered my 30 year old engagement ring had a cracked sapphire and was generally worn out I decided to look for a jewellers to either restore it or purchase a new one. I found Steven Sher online and liked the look of the website so visited his shop. The jewellery on display was truly stunning and very different from mainstream stores and I knew I had come to the right place. On talking to Steven and listening to his advice I decided to get a replica ring made (with 2 additional diamonds). I picked up my ring this morning and to say I am delighted is an understatement.
